About me

Hi, I'm Rachel – a warm, down-to-earth therapist passionate about helping people feel calmer, freer, and more in control of their lives. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

At Glowing Ember Ltd, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where we work together at your pace, in your way. My sessions are grounded in CBT but always tailored to your individual needs, values, and goals. Together, we’ll explore what matters to you and build tools that genuinely work for your life.

You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out – therapy is a space to grow, reflect, and build the life you want. It’s your journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and am especially LGBTQIA+ friendly. I also have particular expertise in supporting people with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and ADHD, offering an inclusive and flexible approach that honours your unique situation.

Therapy that fits your life.

While standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £70, I believe support should work around you – not the other way around. That’s why I offer a flexible, mix-and-match approach.

  • Book longer or shorter sessions
  • Access email or text-based support between sessions
  • Tailor the format to meet your access needs or energy levels
