Rachel Lackey (PG Dip., MBACP) Outdoor Therapy
I work with adults, one-to-one, to improve relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, panic, anger, trauma, unwanted thoughts, loss and issues of identity, from offices in Cononley and Keighley - as well as outdoor.
Please see https://www.rachellackeytherapy.com for more on my outdoor therapy. I offer art and body-focused work too, as well as the usual talk-based counselling. It's led by what creates the greatest security and impact for you.
I specialize in difficulties in current and past relationships (romantic, family, friends or work). I'm experienced in working with past abuse and neglect as well as unhelpful patterns and unsatisfying relationships. I work with self-esteem, self-criticism, expectations, shame, and developing self-love and acceptance.
I prioritise feelings of security, honesty and acceptance in my therapy relationships. I work to create this by being real, understanding and nonjudgemental, holding boundaries for you and working with you to focus on your goals.
My Silsden (outdoor only) and Cononley locations provide easy access from Cross Hills, Steeton, Bradley, Sutton-in-Craven, Skipton and Addingham; whilst Keighley is accessible for Bingley, Saltaire and Shipley areas.
I can support you with issues including anxiety, depression, panic, relationship issues (past and present) anger, unwanted thoughts and loss.
