About me
Hi,
I'm Pippa an integrative person-centred psychotherapist working with a variety of issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, stress and relationships, anger, coping with change and uncertainty, self-esteem and self-worth issues.
I understand that seeking help from a counsellor can be a daunting experience and I want to support you through this experience in the best possible way. I am a firm believer that therapy works for everyone, but only if you have the right therapist suited to you and your needs. I offer a free initial consultation to explore if I could be the right therapist for you before organising sessions. I create a welcoming and supportive environment, based on respect, empathy and trust, where you feel in control of your own therapeutic process.
The feeling of uncertainty and lack of control of your thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming and counselling can be a beneficial way of dealing with life’s challenges and help you gain a sense of stability to improve your well-being.
Being an integrative counsellor allows me to adapt my approach to suit your individual needs and help you gain a sense of clarity and stability. I offer a safe non-judgemental space to explore and navigate your emotional challenges and feelings in a setting that you feel most comfortable with, either face-to-face or online.
I look forward to hearing from you...
Take care,
Pippa
