About me

I'm a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist working with individuals, couples, and people in all forms of relationship, across all sexualities and identities. I offer a pluralistic, person-centred approach within a warm, kind and safe space to explore intimacy, desire and the emotional patterns that shape how we relate.

My work is integrative and humanistic, drawing on training in counselling, psychosexual therapy, dance movement therapy, mindfulness and yoga. At the heart of my practice is erotic intelligence - desire as a creative life force that can support vitality, connection and self-knowledge.

Alongside my private practice, I currently work as a Psychosexual Counsellor within a NHS Urology clinic in South London. Here, I offer a specialised holistic approach supporting males experiencing sexual issues such as ED, PE and prostate cancer. I have also spent the last ten years working in frontline community mental health services as a Mental Health Support Worker. This experience has given me an in-depth, empathic understanding of the impact of trauma, shame, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, homelessness, poverty, isolation, racism, discrimination and stigma.

Areas of therapy work: Sex and relationships; sexual desire and arousal; erectile and orgasm difficulties; pain with sex and penetration difficulties; sexuality and gender diversity; life transitions; trauma; shame; low self-esteem; intimacy and isolation.

My aim is to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds, honouring their core beliefs and the social and cultural context that shapes their relationships and sex life.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Diploma (equivalent Level 7) in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and Clinical Sexology from The Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS).
