About me

Welcome to the Relationship Practice. I run a busy psychotherapy private practice based in Wimbledon SW London. My practice has clients from across SW London and the Uk. I  see clients facing relationship issues including stress anxiety and depression.

My extensive experience working with both individuals and couples facing challenging issues is solution focused.

I work with individuals couples and families offering counselling, couple counselling and family issues. Since obtaining my Masters degree in Relationship therapy I have worked in a number of organisations including RELATE, an Addiction Clinic, School Family service and a GP's surgery.

I also am happy to do Skype and telephone sessions for busy individuals or for those that travel.

My areas of special interest include all relationship issues, couples counselling, family issues, stress, anxiety, self esteem, Divorce, separation, depression and affairs.

Working with couples after affairs requires a particular expertise and I have had experience working with a breach of trust. Moving on after heartbreak or being single and wanting to move into a committed relationship all require a relational approach.

I have a particular interest in elite sports people and those who are constantly in the public eye.

I run a discreet practice with confidentiality assured.
I work on both a short term and open ended basis drawing from both Systemic and Psychodynamic approaches.

I have an Honours degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Relationship Therapy (RELATE), a Postgraduate Certificate in Attachment Theory and a Diploma in NLP.

I am a highly experienced counsellor and psychotherapist. My areas of special interest include relationship issues, couples work, family issues, divorce and separation, affairs, panic stress, anxiety, self esteem depression and addiction. Single people who wish to have a relationship.
I have a particular interest in elite sports people and others who are constantly in the public eye.
I run intensive programmes for single people wishing to find a sustainable relationship.
I have worked in both the film industry and in business.

I am fully insured and am an Accredited Member of BACP and a member of AFT. I come from a corporate background and have worked in the Film industry. I provide a discreet and compassionate solution focused service.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
