About me
Life’s complexities can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re facing personal struggles, struggling with low self esteem, anxiety or depression, navigating relationship challenges with friends or family, or dealing with the pain of loss. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and transformation.
Entering counselling is a courageous step, and it’s natural to feel uncertain about the process. I offer a warm, professional, and nonjudgmental space where you can freely express yourself. Together, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using a psychodynamic approach, uncovering patterns and past experiences that shape your present. This journey of self-awareness can lead to profound personal insights and meaningful change.
In my work with couples and relationships, I draw on a tailored blend of therapeutic approaches, integrating psychodynamic insights, attachment theories, neuroscience, and established couple therapy models. This holistic approach allows us to address communication barriers, nurture intimacy, and resolve the challenges that come with human connection.
I have a particular passion for supporting individuals and couples through deeply personal challenges, including fertility treatments, miscarriage, pregnancy complications, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, and other relationship issues. My aim is to guide you through these difficult times, improve communication, and help build a more harmonious future. Together, we will uncover both conscious and unconscious processes that may hinder healthier interactions and deeper understanding.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward self-discovery, resilience, and growth, I invite you to reach out.
I offer short term (12-24 sessions) more goal oriented or open ended therapy depending on your needs.
I am an accredited member of BACP with 11+ years of experience working with adult clients.
I am a Bupa, Cigna, AXA, Aviva, WPA and Vitality registered/recognised therapist. I also accept clients with Allianz insurance.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
