About me
Overcome addiction, stress, anxiety and depression.
Right now you might find it almost impossible to believe life will work out for the best. Sometimes change just comes along but most of the time it's up to us to get started. That's tough at the best of times. Maybe staying as you are just seems easier or, perhaps, you've now reached a point where you want to change but don't know how to go about it. Starting out can seem daunting, a risk even. That's where therapy comes in.
I have helped many people cope with stress, overcome anxiety, beat depression and reduce their drinking before it took over their lives completely. Indeed, I've helped those who have lost everything family, friends, health and jobs to take back control and begin the journey of recovery.
I use proven CBT techniques that will help you achieve renewed health; they are not overnight cures but well tested paths to recovery. Importantly, you'll no longer have to struggle alone. We will work side by side to overcome your stress, anxiety, depression or alcohol problems.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
