About me

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist offering a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe to talk openly, without judgement or pressure. I work with individuals and couples, and accept certain health insurance providers.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to cope in ways that once felt manageable. Perhaps life feels heavy right now, relationships feel strained, or you find yourself repeating patterns you can’t seem to break. When things become difficult, it can be hard to make sense of what you’re feeling... or know where to begin.

My approach integrates existential, CBT, and psychoanalytic therapy, allowing us to explore not only what is happening now, but also the deeper patterns and experiences shaping your life. Therapy offers a space to understand yourself more fully, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.

I also offer couples therapy for relationship difficulties, communication challenges, and parenting struggles, as well as online supervision for therapists.

Training, qualifications & experience

I work collaboratively with my clients, placing importance on autonomy and creating a therapeutic space where we can explore experiences together, develop new perspectives, and find more meaningful ways of navigating life. My aim is to help you better understand yourself and support lasting, positive change.

My approach integrates Existential Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Psychoanalytic Therapy, tailored to your individual needs and grounded in respect, curiosity, and understanding.

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist with experience working therapeutically since 2015. I have worked in private practice since 2020 and within the NHS since 2018, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
