About me
Hi, I’m Moira, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. I offer counselling for adults in Maidstone and work collaboratively with clients to tailor sessions according to their needs, goals and preferences.
Being an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist means I take a flexible approach to therapy, drawing on a range of therapeutic models such as person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help clients make sense of life challenges and grow as individuals.
I currently offer in person sessions at Maidstone Community Support Centre, online or telephone counselling. In addition, Walk and Talk Therapy is available at beautiful outdoor locations in Maidstone, particularly suitable for people who might not like the idea of having counselling in an enclosed environment or who struggle with direct eye contact.
So if something in your life is affecting your mental, emotional, or physical wellbeing and you would like someone to talk to, please get in touch to see how I may be able to support you.
