About me
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially when life feels overwhelming, confusing or simply too much to carry alone. I aim to offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental space, where you can feel safe enough to explore your experiences at your own pace.
Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience to my work. Like many people, I have faced my own personal challenges and understand that difficult life can feel at times. I also have first-hand experience raising neurodivergent children, which gives me a deeper appreciation of the joys, complexities and unique challenges that neurodivergent individuals and their families can encounter.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified NCPS Accredited, trauma-informed counsellor & psychotherapist, working with adults, children and young people. My approach is integrative, drawing on different approaches, which allows me to tailor therapy to each individual's needs.
I work with a wide range of issues, including trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation for neurodivergent children and adults, grief, loss and stress. I also have extensive experience working with survivors of domestic abuse and supporting children with school-related difficulties, emotional challenges and neurodivergence.
