About me
Are you experiencing feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, or persistent patterns that are difficult to change? You may be finding it challenging to manage on your own, uncertain about the next steps, or feeling misunderstood. If this resonates with you, seeking therapy could be a valuable step.
While regular exercise is widely recognised as crucial for maintaining good health and offers numerous benefits, it is equally important to care for our mental health. Too often, attention is focused on physical fitness while mental and emotional wellbeing is overlooked. Neglecting mental health can result in feeling drained, experiencing low moods, increased anxiety, and difficulties with focus, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
Since we only have one life, it is essential to make the most of it by taking care of our health in its entirety, both physical and mental. Prioritising mental health is a vital part of living a balanced and fulfilling life.
I assist individuals, couples and families from various backgrounds in achieving clarity, confidence, and relief from emotional discomfort. Whether dealing with addiction (gambling, alcohol, pornography, spending, drugs, internet use), trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or grief, I offer a supportive, evidence-based approach tailored to individual needs. Many clients initially feel stuck, burnt out, or overwhelmed. Together, we explore the situation and develop an empowering and manageable plan forward.
I am an accredited therapist with a Master’s degree and advanced clinical training in working with individuals, couples, and families. My integrative approach combines EMDR, parts work, and trauma-informed models, adapted to suit your specific requirements. I also have expertise in working with neurodivergent clients and provide an inclusive space for those in the GSRD and LGBTQIA+ communities.
My approach balances deep understanding with practical tools. I aim to guide clients toward becoming their own therapists, helping them develop healthier coping, communication, and connection methods. Clients often report feeling more in control and hopeful after just a few sessions.
In our initial meeting, you will find a confidential space where all topics are open for discussion. Starting therapy can seem intimidating, but you only need a willingness to begin. From there, we can work together to determine the most suitable therapy type and pace for you.
If you are considering starting this journey, please get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you determine if my services are a good fit. Life is short, and you do not have to face these challenges alone or wait to feel better :)

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
