About me

I am a genuine, friendly and welcoming person who is passionate about working with people and helping to support them through any problems or struggles they may be having. My work ethic is of a humanistic nature and I always have the client's best interests at heart.

I have multiple training experiences and generally use an integrative approach to working with clients. This entails using different methods of therapy depending on and relating to the individual needs of the client. With this, I may include my own personal experiences at times which I believe can enrich and deepen the work and connection between myself and the client. Furthermore, the clients connection to themselves.
