About me

I am an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor supporting adults, children and young people.
My approach blends evidence‑based therapeutic models with a deeply relational, human understanding of how people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and periods of transition or overwhelm. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that therapy should feel safe, empowering, and genuinely useful in everyday life.

As an integrative practitioner, I draw from person‑centred therapy, CBT‑informed strategies, psychodynamic insight, creative and somatic techniques, and clinical hypnotherapy where appropriate. This flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to each person’s needs, pace, and preferences, whether they want structured tools, deeper exploration, or a space to simply be heard without judgement.

I also bring experience from organisational culture, leadership, and neurodiversity work, which helps me support clients navigating workplace stress, burnout, and identity‑related challenges.

My aim is to offer a warm, grounded therapeutic relationship where you can explore what’s happening in your life, understand yourself more fully, and move towards meaningful change.

Training, qualifications & experience

My core training and qualifications are professional diplomas up to Level 6 (academic level equivalent BSc degree) in applied psychotherapy and counselling with adults, children and young people.

I have a professional diploma in clinical hypnotherapy and well as speciality training in other specific modalities including EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming), EFT (Emotion Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Chronic Pain and Sleep Disorders.

Over the last 7 years, I have worked with many people from various backgrounds, experiencing many challenges, including:

  • Adults navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, identity exploration and life transitions.
  • Children and young people experiencing emotional overwhelm, school‑based stress, neurodiversity‑related challenges and family change.
  • Parents seeking support with communication, connection and behavioural patterns.
  • Professionals experiencing workplace stress, burnout, leadership pressure and organisational change.
