About me

Counselling can help you to deal with many emotions and to help express yourself in different ways, from self development to longer term in depth counselling for deeper issues.  You may be intereseteed in coming to counselling for many different reasons, and I am here to listen to you.   I will listen in an empathic and non-judgemental way, giving you space and time to support you and focus on your needs.  I practice from Life Force Counselling Centre in Colchester.

If you are interested in coming for counselling please contact me by phone, text message or email and I will respond as soon as I can.  At the initial appointment, we will meet to see how we can work together, and if so, we will contract to further work. I can offer short or longer term counselling in a warm and boundaried environment.

I practice integrative counselling which means the focus is on your individual needs.
