About me
Modern life can leave our nervous systems trapped in a cycle of constant distress. When this happens, it often manifests as overwhelming anxiety, chronic burnout, or a heavy, persistent depression that makes day-to-day life feel exhausting. You might find your relationships feeling strained, or find yourself navigating complex identity issues—feeling disconnected from who you are and unsure how to move forward.
In my practice, I work with the understanding that your mind and body are in constant communication. Sometimes, an anxious thought sends a threat signal down to your body, causing your heart to race or a feeling of constant dread. Other times, your body is already holding onto intense stress and physical exhaustion, sending signals back up to your brain that you are at risk—making it impossible to just "think positively."
Because of this loop, our therapy will look at both angles. Depending on where your distress is originating, we will work on shifting thoughts and gaining deep insight while simultaneously focusing on physically calming your nervous system. We tailor the work to exactly what your system needs, helping you move from simply surviving to feeling safely anchored in your life again.
Holding a Safe Space
I am a Master's-level qualified psychological therapist with extensive experience working across both NHS and private services, including crisis care. Having supported individuals navigating profoundly overwhelming situations, I am equipped to hold space for whatever you are bringing to therapy. No matter how chaotic or exhausting things might feel right now, I offer a calm, steady, and completely safe environment for us to work through it together.
Getting Started
Taking the first step can feel daunting, but I provide a completely non-judgmental space where there is no pressure to have it all figured out. We will check in regularly—explicitly pausing every six weeks—to reflect on your progress, review your goals, and ensure the therapy is evolving alongside you.
I offer therapy sessions online in a secure, confidential space, with availability on Tuesdays and select evenings. Please reach out via email to arrange an initial conversation about how we can work together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
