About me
A very warm welcome to my page; I'm Kate from Time For You Therapy, and it is nice to meet you. At Time For You Therapy, I provide a welcoming space for you to truly be heard as you deserve.
I am a fully qualified and registered Pluralistic Psychotherapist and I firmly believe that once we are provided with the right non-jugdemental, professional and compassionate environment, we can gain so much understanding of our current situations. Given the right setting where we are genuinely being listened to without misconception and guided by an empathetic person, we can start to make our futures different.
I know it can feel daunting reaching out the first time, or even later after having previous therapy and trying someone new, my priority is that you feel welcomed and that anything you are going through, you feel supported in.
Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I will use each throughout our sessions as appropriate, and of course, if you have any questions regarding each, we can explore this - it is important that you have full autonomy over your therapy and your sessions, and I am here to help.
I am also a professional hypnotherapist; if you would like this is be integrated into our sessions at any point, or if you have questions, this is also something we can discuss, as I have found to be extremely helpful with clients in the past.
Talking therapy and hypnotherapy have personally helped me in my life, after seeing the benefits first hand and through my current clients, I am excited to help you too.
