About me
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist providing therapy services in French and English in person in Peckham, and online.
I offer a warm, relaxed, and personable approach to therapy allowing for sessions that can be light-hearted as well as deep. In fact, in my experience some of the best therapeutic breakthroughs sometimes happen around a shared laugh. My style is conversational and interactive; I won’t just sit back silently. I believe in creating a space where you feel heard and understood, with the right amount of gentle and empathetic challenge, when necessary.
My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor our sessions to suit your preferences — whether you need to process past traumas or create a clear, concrete plan to break free from old patterns or from a concrete situation you find yourself in.
I have experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family matters. My expertise also includes perinatal work, where I help individuals navigate pregnancy, birth trauma, postnatal depression or anxiety, and the identity and relationship challenges that motherhood can trigger. I am also qualified as a coach, and my 20-year background in corporate roles means I’m also well-equipped to support you with work challenges, drawing on my own experience and coaching skills.
Whether you’re looking for nurturing support, a listening ear, or someone who can help you take actionable steps forward, I’m here to help.
In our therapy sessions, my goal is to help you understand yourself better, reflect on what changes you’d like to make and how we can work together to achieve them. I’ll give you all the space you need to express yourself fully, while ensuring that we don’t get stuck going around in circles. Together, we’ll keep a clear focus on your objectives and monitor progress toward them.
I’ll regularly check in with you to see how you feel we are doing and if there’s anything you’d like to adjust. My priority is to make sure you feel comfortable, supported, and valued throughout the process. There’s no need to worry about starting therapy with me — I’m here to guide you every step of the way. We’re in this together!
Training, qualifications & experience
I was born in France, where I first completed a Masters in Political Science. I started my corporate career in Paris from 2005, gaining experience in both the public and private sectors. After moving to London in 2011, I continued to work for large organisations in International Affairs, and as a Coach.
I retrained as a therapist, first at WPF and then at the University of East London, where I qualified as an Integrative counsellor. I am registered with BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
