About me
I believe healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—as well as the cultural, familial, and societal forces that shape our experiences. Using an integrative, transpersonal approach, I support people who are struggling with or exploring themes such as loss, feeling stuck, questions of purpose, relationships, sexual identity, trauma, addiction, OCD, personality concerns, erectile difficulties, and sexual exploration including kink and BDSM.
I often draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), a form of parts work that helps people directly experience and understand the different parts of their inner world. Many of these parts developed to manage pain or protect us in some way, even if their strategies now feel limiting. Through curiosity and compassionate attention, we begin to understand this inner system and the protective roles different parts play. As these parts feel seen and understood, stuck patterns can soften and more vitality and life energy often becomes available.
Most importantly our work is collaborative and guided by your experience. Depending on what supports the process, sessions may also include mindfulness, guided imagery, body and breath-work, meditation, or creative practices.
Together we work toward greater understanding, healing from past wounds. A life that feels more connected, authentic, meaningful and includes choice.
