About me

Welcome, I’m Jen Black, an Integrative Practitioner accredited by UKCP. I work with adults internationally who are navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, neurodivergence, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Combining trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches, I support clients in developing greater self-understanding, resilience, and lasting change.

In our sessions, you’ll find a blend of curiosity and compassion with structured, goal-oriented work. Together, we'll explore unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and foster healthier relationships with yourself and others. We’ll build emotional intelligence, confidence, and practical tools to navigate life with more clarity and simplicity.

I see this work as both creative and contextual, and I’m especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent clients, as well as members of FLINTA and BIPOC communities. I follow the UKCP code of ethics and standards, continuously developing my practice under the guidance of a UKCP supervisor.

What to Expect:

  • Work with different parts of yourself to resolve inner conflict and feel more integrated and aligned with purpose.
  • Shift and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and develop more balanced, constructive responses.
  • Explore the impact of past experiences and develop tools to feel more grounded, resourced, and present.
