About me
I'm Jasmine, an integrative therapist registered with the BACP. I work with adults (18+) online and in person.
I work with people from all walks of life and offer a warm, inclusive space where you can speak openly. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirmative and have particular experience working with women, neurodivergent people and those exploring identity, difference and belonging.
Together, we'll explore what's going on for you - at your pace, and with warmth, empathy and gentle challenge when needed.
My approach is grounded in intersectional, anti-oppressive practice. I'm mindful of the power dynamics that can exist in the therapy space, and how these might be shaped by race, class, gender, disability, age and more. I welcome open conversations about these experiences.
Who I usually work with
I specialise in working with people who are exploring:
- Childhood trauma - especially early relationships, boundaries and healing
- Gender, sexuality and identity - including LGBTQIA+ experiences
- Race and cultural identity - including the impact of racism and belonging
- Neurodivergence
- Non-consent and sexual violence
- Discrimination and oppression - including ableism, classism and marginalisation
- Activism, social justice and burnout
- Social class identity and class mobility
- Big life transitions and existential questions - including purpose, capitalism and systems of power
Training, qualifications & experience

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
My fees are offered on a sliding scale, based on what's affordable for you.
Online individual therapy: £60-90 per 50 minute session.
In person individual therapy: £70-100 per 50 minute session.
Lower-cost individual therapy: £30-50 per 50 minute session. These slots are for people on low incomes. These spaces are limited, and when full, I keep a waiting list.
If cost feels like a barrier, you’re very welcome to get in touch and we can talk it through.
Pay it forward
If you’re in a position to do so, you also have the option to pay it forward by contributing a little more – helping to make therapy accessible for someone else. If that’s something you’d like to take part in, let me know during your initial call or assessment.
