About me
Are you longing for someone to really listen, without judgement, without pressure, and without telling you to “just get on with it”?
You deserve a space where your feelings are valid.
Where your story is honoured.
Where you can finally breathe out.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I offer a gentle, supportive environment where you can explore what’s weighing on your heart and mind. My approach is compassionate and tailored to you because no two journeys, wounds, or healing processes are the same.
I help people who are struggling with:
• Stress that feels never‑ending
• Anxiety that keeps your mind racing
• Low mood, overwhelm, or emotional exhaustion
• Relationship challenges and life transitions
• Feeling disconnected from yourself
• Old patterns and past experiences that still shape your present
I see many clients who have generalised anxiety where they feel like their mind never switches off; constantly worrying, overthinking, and expecting the worst. In therapy, we work gently together to calm the nervous system, reduce anxious thoughts, and help you feel safer and more in control. You don’t have to manage anxiety alone, support can help you feel more grounded and at ease again.
Or maybe you are experiencing burnout. I can help you to identify the root causes of the stress, work with you to restore emotional balance and rebuild sustainable energy, confidence, and resilience in both your personal and professional life.
With over 15 years’ experience in emotional wellbeing, counselling, hypnotherapy, and holistic therapy, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out. But I also know how powerful that first step can be.
You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to be “strong” all the time.
You simply need a safe space to begin.
Together, we can uncover what’s behind the struggle, gently untangle what hurts, and help you rebuild from a place of calm, clarity, and inner strength.
If something inside you is saying, “I need support,” I’m here.
You deserve healing.
You deserve peace.
You deserve to feel like you again.
Message me to book your first session or ask any questions you may have.
Your journey toward feeling better starts with one small step and I’d be honoured to walk it with you.
In addition, I offer "walk and talk therapy" and hypnotherapy.
What is Integrative Counselling?
Integrative counselling combines techniques from different therapeutic approaches, such as person-centred, cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based practices. This flexibility allows me to tailor sessions to you as an individual, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
How I Work
Collaborative and Non-Judgmental: You are the expert on your life. I work alongside you to help uncover patterns, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies.
Holistic Focus: Emotional wellbeing is connected to mind, body, and environment. I consider all aspects of your experience to support lasting change.
Goal-Oriented Support: Whether you want to reduce anxiety, improve confidence, manage stress, or navigate life transitions, we set achievable goals together.
Why Choose Integrative Counselling?
Because every person is unique, integrative counselling offers flexibility and depth. It respects you.

What Really Happens in Therapy. Tears, Anger, and Being Held Safely
There’s a common misconception that therapy is simply talking about problems in a calm, tidy way. In reality, therapy is a deeply human experience and being human is anything but tidy. It can involve tears, anger, silence, relief, confusion, and sometimes even laughter in the most unexpected moments.
If you’re considering therapy, or are already in it, you might wonder, "Is it normal to cry this much? Why do I feel angry? What if I fall apart?"
The truth is all of this is part of the process. And my role is to hold a safe, steady space for whatever arises and to support you on your journey.
