About me
I am an Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), and I work with adults, young people and adolescents in person and online.
Therapy is such a unique and personal journey. We reach out when we feel that we need to listen to ourselves more deeply, understand and make sense of our current and past experiences, and change the patterns of our lives that are no longer working.
You may be feeling stuck, worn out, anxious, not "good enough," or navigating big changes in your life, your family dynamics, your school, or your work.
I specialise in offering support for anxiety, low mood, emotional and relational challenges, identity exploration and low self-esteem.
My journey as a therapist began with a focus on child and adolescent counselling. This foundational work gave me a unique understanding of how our earliest experiences, attachments, and internal narratives are formed. When we struggle with self-confidence, repeated relationship patterns, or a sense of being "stuck" in our life, we are often responding to patterns created a long time ago.
My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, calm, and confidential therapeutic space for you to explore, reflect on, and connect with your emotions. I'm here to listen and support you in your journey of developing inner peace and resilience in the best possible way.
My integrative approach draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including attachment-based therapy, person-centred therapy, and psychodynamic theory. This allows us to tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs, whether you are an adolescent exploring identity and belonging, an adult facing socialising or emotional challenges while navigating major life changes, or a parent seeking to strengthen family relationships.
Beyond my clinical training, my approach is shaped by my own journey of navigating big life changes. Having lived, studied, and worked across three different countries, Greece, Germany, and the UK, I have a deep understanding of what it means to rebuild one's identity in a new context.
Please email me or book an intro call to discuss further and explore how I can support you. Thank you.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
