About me
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, their emotions and their relationships.
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by emotions, or unsure how to navigate difficult life experiences such as relationship challenges, betrayal, separation, burnout or major life transitions. Others may appear strong and capable on the outside, yet internally feel disconnected, misunderstood or unsure about their direction.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect and explore what may be happening beneath the surface: the emotional patterns, relational dynamics and past experiences that shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and collaborative. I aim to create a safe and non-judgemental environment where you can speak openly and explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together we work to increase self-awareness, develop healthier ways of coping and build more secure and meaningful relationships.
Having lived and worked in different countries, I value cultural diversity and understand the complexities that can arise when building a life across cultures. As an expat living abroad myself, I am particularly interested in supporting international clients, professionals and individuals navigating cross-cultural relationships or life transitions.
Whether you are going through a challenging time or simply seeking deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, therapy can provide a supportive space for reflection, healing and personal growth.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
My work is integrative and informed by ongoing training in trauma-informed therapy, systemic approaches and relational dynamics. I have a particular interest in understanding how family systems, generational patterns and early life experiences can influence present-day relationships and emotional wellbeing.
In my work I may incorporate reflective, experiential and creative techniques where appropriate, including elements inspired by systemic and family constellation work, as well as art-based exploration.
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional difficulties and patterns that may feel difficult to change on their own.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regular supervision to support safe, ethical and reflective practice.
