About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You might be carrying more than you let on, or finding it hard to talk to the people around you. I want you to know you’re not alone, and support is available.
I work with people who are struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, overthinking, grief addiction and many other issues. Many of my clients have been struggling for a long time when they come to see me, and finally feel like its time to get some help.
I provide a space where you can speak freely, without pressure or judgement. We’ll go at your pace, exploring what’s happening for you and finding new ways to cope and feel more grounded. I use a gentle, integrative style drawing from person-centred, CBT, and Psychodynamic approaches depending on what you need. I'm also a qualified hypnotherapist.
I became a therapist because I’ve been through my own challenges and know how transformative it is to have someone truly listen, support, and walk alongside you during difficult times.
I offer a free chat if you make an inquiry and currently have in person and online sessions available.
