About me

I work remotely using Zoom, I am insured to work with clients in the UK and abroad, in addition I work Face to Face in Epsom Surrey.

I decided around ten years ago to change my path from the corporate world, and to use my personal experiences from my own 'colourful' life to help others.

I work with those suffering with  Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Trauma, Grief, Grief through Suicide, Child sexual abuse, and much more.

Seeking counselling is a brave step and we can work together to get the best from this journey.

I really look forward to hearing from you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Counselling. I worked within the NHS (Talk Wandsworth) as a Volunteer counsellor for over 2 years, gaining a wide range of experience, I also volunteered with Cruse Bereavement Service, gaining experience and great training. In addition to this I worked with a charity that counselled adult survivors of child sexual abuse.

I currently run my private practice online and face to face in Epsom, Surrey.  In addition to this I work with a charity Suicide & Co providing online sessions working with those bereaved by suicide.

I also facilitate Couples Counselling online and also in person.

My work is extremely rewarding, I feel it is an honour to build relationships with my clients and be by their side on their journey.

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
