About me
I am a qualified Counsellor and Hypnotherapist offering a warm, compassionate and non judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood and supported. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, domestic abuse, life changes are unhelpful habits. I will work alongside you to help you move towards lasting change.
Every person is unique, So I tailor therapy to your individual needs, combining various approaches to therapy such as hypnotherapy, CBT, Person Centred where appropriate, to help you gain clarity, build resilience and rediscover the confidence to become the person you want to be.
Through Seeds of Becoming, I believe that with the right support, imagination becomes belief, belief becomes freedom, and lasting change is possible.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice.
- Level 4 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling theory.
- Level 3 Diploma in Hypnotherapy and introduction to Counselling.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Alongside counselling and hypnotherapy, I offer support for personal growth, confidence, self-esteem, emotional wellbeing and life transitions. I also volunteer at Women's Aid. giving me valuable experience supporting women affected by all types of domestic abuse, emotional, physical, financial, sexual and mental abuse, which is experienced total different for each individual. My role is to empower you by offering collaborative therapies to suit you. Not every size fits all.
