About me

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and work with Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Depression amongst many other areas.

I am based in Reading and am able to provide safe and secure counselling either face to face or online, with the added benefit that my online clients can be located in any part of the UK.

I am incredibly passionate about enabling you to live your best life. With continued CPD I am always researching new ways in which to adapt my therapy to ensure that the service that you receive is truly bespoke to your needs.

So if your limiting self-beliefs, feeling sad or your past traumas are holding you back then please do get in touch. Social anxiety can be a limiting factor especially in the current climate. I am able to provide my clients with tools that can be used when faced with situations that would normally cause fear or panic.

Mental illness is often hidden away for fear of discrimination. It is time to break free of the stigma that you must have a mental health diagnosis to attend therapy.

I am here to work with you so that you can understand your inhibitors and smash down barriers.

My speciality is self esteem and anxiety.

Talking with a stranger really is therapeutic, and assisting you to overcome your fears is life changing.

Being a carer and supporting people is what I do best. I am a wife and a mummy to three children. I also hold a fully enhanced up to date DBS.

I am here to walk this journey with you.
