About me

I am incredibly passionate about helping you and getting you to see your own worth. This isn’t just a job, it’s what I love doing and what I believe in.

Life can be incredibly challenging, often in ways beyond our control. But you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to help you become the happiest, version of yourself empowered with tools you never knew you had. I’ve had the privilege of supporting many clients on their journeys, and I can do the same for you.

I am here to walk this path alongside you. Many of my clients describe their work with me as truly life-changing, and I want to make finding the right counsellor as simple and stress-free as possible. My passion for helping others is clear, I am wholeheartedly committed to supporting you in rediscovering your strength, your joy, and most importantly yourself.

Therapy does not have to be hard or miserable, At Frontline Counselling I ask all my clients to be excited.  Through our work together, you really can be free of all that is preventing you from living the life you want. I am able to tailor my counselling in the best possible way to ensure success.

So if your limiting self-beliefs, anxiety, depression, or your past traumas are holding you back then please do get in touch. Social anxiety can be a limiting factor especially in the current climate. I am able to provide my clients with tools that can be used when faced with situations that would normally cause fear or panic. If I can help you to build belief and confidence, take it.

I am here to collaborate with you to help you identify your obstacles and break through barriers. I have significant experience working with individuals from the South Indian community, as well as those with ADHD, Autism, and those navigating the challenges of menopause.

Supporting others as a caregiver is my greatest strength. I am a wife and a mother to three children, and I also hold a current, fully enhanced DBS.

Please take a look at my testimonials and read what my clients say about their work with me. These are available on my website.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and am based in Reading. I am able to provide counselling either face to face or online, with the added benefit that my online clients can be located in any part of the UK.
