I am incredibly passionate about enabling you to live your best life.
Life can be really hard, at times the wheels can come off. Let me help to re align them and get you back to a happier version of yourself. I can show you how to access tools that you never had and enable you to be you again. I have been able to help many of my clients, and I want to help you too. Don't struggle or suffer when you do not have to, let me walk this journey with you. Often my clients say that their work with me is life changing.
Therapy does not have to be hard or miserable, At Frontline Counselling I ask all my clients to be excited. Through our work together, you really can be free of all that is preventing you from living the life you want. I am able to tailor my counselling in the best possible way to ensure success.
So if your limiting self-beliefs, feeling sad or your past traumas are holding you back then please do get in touch. Social anxiety can be a limiting factor especially in the current climate. I am able to provide my clients with tools that can be used when faced with situations that would normally cause fear or panic.

Being a carer and supporting people is what I do best. I am a wife and a mummy to three children. I also hold a fully enhanced up to date DBS.
