About me
As an accredited member of the BACP, with five years of experience across schools, private, and charitable settings, Grace delivers tailored interventions designed to help her clients thrive as their authentic selves. She is a compassionate and ethically grounded counsellor dedicated to helping individuals explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment. She believes that while everyone possesses the innate capacity to overcome life’s challenges, the right conditions and support are often the catalysts needed to identify the path forward.
Grace is passionate about empowering her clients to build confidence, manage stress, and develop healthy ways to cope. Her approach is dual-focused: she provides practical tools for the “here and now” while helping clients understand the root causes and developmental origins of their concerns, including the impact of trauma.
Grace works integratively, meaning she doesn’t believe in a “one size fits all” solution. Instead, she draws from a diverse clinical toolbox to work collaboratively with each client, identifying the theoretical approaches that best suit their needs:
- Person-Centred: Grace creates a space of total acceptance where clients can speak freely and guide their own process of change.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): She helps clients understand the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, working to shift unhelpful patterns and proactively meet personal goals. Grace has supported clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, phobias and other mental health needs.
- Psychodynamic: Grace facilitates reflection on how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be impacting a client’s choices in the present.
- Existential: She supports clients in exploring “big questions” regarding meaning, choice, and responsibility, helping them define what truly matters and how they wish to exist in the world.
Grace is deeply committed to creating a space where every aspect of a client’s identity is welcomed. Whether navigating gender, sexuality, culture, or neurodiversity, clients are met with an affirming, non judgmental, and inclusive lens. Her ultimate goal is for every individual to feel truly seen and understood as they move toward living a more authentic and confident life.
No matter what a client is going through, Grace provides a steady presence so they do not have to navigate it alone.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
