About me
Sometimes life doesn’t go the way we hoped - breakups, trauma, or repeated struggles can leave us feeling lost. Therapy is a place to make sense of what happened, rediscover your self-worth, and create a life that feels exciting, meaningful, and worth it - especially for yourself and the ones you love. During therapy, we will uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, build insights, and explore pathways to your healing and growth. If you feel lost searching for answers with relationship conflict, breakups, feeling different, family conflicts, traumatic experiences, and addictions, let me assure you, you are not alone.
Clients describe our sessions as rational yet heartfelt, with a sense of being genuinely understood and valued. I specialise in breakup recovery, loneliness, parental conflict, addictions, complex trauma, male-female dynamics, procrastination, and feelings of shame and guilt. I am also well-versed in the biological underpinnings of depression and anxiety.
In therapy, I accept every part of you - the parts you love, the parts you hate, the parts you suppress, and the parts you don’t see. Together, through radical self-acceptance, love, honesty, and action, we connect with the healer within you. If you’re ready to start thriving, reach out for a consultation, and let’s explore creating the life you deserve!
Training, qualifications & experience
I guide clients struggling with relationships, battling chronic anxiety, navigating breakups, family issues, complex trauma, and battling addictions. My approach is rational and client-centered with an acute focus on attachment theory and dialogue with different parts of the self. Our sessions will lead you to a path of agency and self-acceptance, giving you the belief that will make your problems solvable and approachable without fear.
I combine person-centered counselling with attachment theory, parts work (IFS), and trauma-informed practice. This integrative approach helps you explore relationships, heal past wounds, and find a stronger sense of agency and self-belief. However, each client to me is unique with specific needs and attitudes, and therefore, I often tailor my sessions according to the varying needs of my client.

I also have experience working with individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds and recognise the distinct psychological and emotional challenges they may face. This includes navigating cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, migration-related stress, discrimination, and barriers to accessing mental health support. I aim to provide a culturally sensitive, reflective, and non-judgemental therapeutic space that acknowledges these lived experiences and supports clients in making meaning of them within their personal and social contexts.
In addition, I specialise in working with individuals part of the growing loneliness epidemic and its impact on mental health across age groups and professions. Loneliness can present as anxiety, low mood, emotional numbness, or a sense of disconnection even in the presence of others. In my work, I help clients understand the roots of their loneliness, develop emotional insight, rebuild meaningful connections, and cultivate a stronger sense of belonging - both internally and within their wider relationships.

My work focuses on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, identity transitions, and emotional regulation while building resilience and sustainable coping strategies suited to demanding and high-pressure environments.
