About me

I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, autism (ASD), and trauma, while also supporting clients from all backgrounds who may be facing a range of emotional or relational challenges. My focus is on creating a compassionate and understanding space where your experiences are valued, and therapy is shaped around what you truly need.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of approaches to help you navigate difficulties, build resilience, and develop self-acceptance. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood — together, we work to find clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

I often use creative and flexible methods to support expression in ways that feel most natural and meaningful, always within a safe and non-judgemental environment.

If you’re considering therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation where we can explore how we might work together and begin your journey toward authentic wellbeing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My training allows me to draw from a range of therapeutic approaches — including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapies — to offer a flexible, person-focused approach tailored to your unique needs.

I have extensive experience providing integrative therapy for neurodivergent adults and young adults, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as clients navigating trauma, domestic abuse, personality disorders, eating disorders, and dual diagnosis. I also have experience supporting clients from the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for people of all identities and backgrounds.

My work is grounded in compassion and understanding, supporting each person to explore their experiences safely and develop greater resilience and self-awareness.

In addition to my core qualifications, I have completed further training and CPD in working with autism and ADHD, complex PTSD and trauma, risk management, and creative therapies. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my practice remains informed, ethical, and responsive to the diverse needs of every client.

By combining evidence-based methods with creativity and empathy, I aim to provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where meaningful change can take place.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone, which is why I offer affordable, specialised sessions alongside concession rates for those who need them. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long and charged via invoice, with payment made by bank transfer or direct debit.

I also offer a free 20-minute consultation so you can ask questions and see whether I’m the right fit for you before committing to ongoing therapy.

Concession rates are available — please feel free to ask if this applies to you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

Further information

I offer a free 20-minute initial telephone consultation, giving us a chance to get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.

If you decide to proceed, I will send a self-referral form via email to complete, after which we can arrange a suitable time and date for your therapy sessions.

Before our first session, an online assessment form will be sent to gather important information about you, helping me support you as effectively as possible.

The first session is focused on getting to know each other, understanding what has brought you to therapy, setting goals and a timeframe, and beginning to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.
