About me
Are you ready for change?
If you want to make meaningful change in your life, I offer a space to discover what that looks like and support you to make those changes. This may involve reflecting on the past, encountering and processing emotions, finding new insights about how and why you feel like you do and working with conflicts in your life.
If trauma, anxiety, depression or grief are part of your story or you feel lost or lack purpose in the world, I can offer you an honest, truthful and welcoming space to meet you at depth and with all your life experience to support you to move towards awareness, acceptance and to take action to make positive change.
I offer more than listening....
I work with the body, mind & soul, inviting wholeness. I support and empower people to move through restriction and suffering. I am open, warm and friendly but will also offer feedback and open communication, this may challenge you to see yourself more deeply and find clarity. I am experienced in my field as a Psychotherapist, Breathwork Facilitator and Psychedelic Therapist and combine all this knowledge to create an embodied approach that supports effective change.
Life can be messy, full of feelings and complexity. I will welcome you as you are, encourage your story to be told and your emotions to be felt. I will hear you with compassion, care and curiosity. I offer a meaningful connection so that you can move into the world feeling lighter and more complete. A free call will help us to feel how we will work together.
We are part of the world and that can be tough..
If we consider context, over 280 million people in the world have been diagnosed with depression alone. Each individual in these staggering numbers has complex and multilayered reasons for how they experience the world. For many medication and many therapies aren't improving quality of life. Our communities have deteriorated and the many issues of the world overload our systems daily. There are many reasons that impact how we as individuals see ourselves and others in the environments we live in. The solutions to the issues we face may need to be as complex and varied as our experiences. Often the mind alone cannot process the challenges we face, I may discuss combining psychotherapy with conscious, connected breathwork, functional breathing guidance, legal psychedelic retreats and nature connection to explore if this feels useful for you.
The world we live in strives for perfection and often promotes unrealistic and unhealthy ideologies, generating divides, and without even knowing it, an internalisation of not being 'good enough'. Struggling to cope has a bad reputation, people can feel guilty or ashamed about needing support. We all experience many emotions, including love and joy AND grief and rage, life has ups and downs. If given a space to be expressed or experienced safely those feelings can then be integrated and have less control of who we are. I encourage engaging with, being supported through and feeling the full range of the human experience in a well held space to lead you to feeling more whole and to live more fully.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
