About me

Integrative Counsellor & Life Coach

Heal what’s holding you back. Build what comes next.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed by a major life transition, or caught between who you were and who you want to be?

When we hit a crossroads—whether in career, relationships, or personal identity—it is rarely just an emotional hurdle or just a practical one. It is usually both.

As a dual-qualified Therapeutic Counsellor and Life Coach with an MBA background, I offer a grounded, integrated space where deep emotional insight meets structured forward momentum. We do not just talk about why you feel stuck; we work together to untangle past patterns, build emotional resilience, and actively shape a clear, aligned path forward.

How We Work Together

Therapeutic Insight: Unpack anxiety, burnout, past relational patterns, and self-doubt in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
Practical Momentum: Translate clarity into action—navigating career shifts, establishing healthy boundaries, and regaining focus and confidence.
Whole-Person Alignment: Reconnect with your core values so your daily life, work, and relationships genuinely reflect who you are.
Who I Work With

I work with adults experiencing:

Life & Career Transitions: Burnout recovery, career pivots, workplace stress, and returning to work.
Relationship & Family Shifts: Navigating separation, life stage changes, boundary setting, and relational dynamics.
Anxiety & Low Confidence: Overcoming imposter syndrome, chronic worry, low self-esteem, and perfectionism.
Personal Direction & Clarity: Finding renewed purpose, building emotional resilience, and breaking cycles of stagnation.

My first session details

Taking the initial step into therapy can feel vulnerable, so the first session is designed above all to be welcoming, transparent, and completely free of pressure.

In our first meeting, we will:

·         Explore Your Story: Discuss what has brought you to this point, what you are currently finding challenging, and what you hope will change.

·         Clarify Your Needs: Look at whether therapeutic exploration, structured coaching, or a hybrid blend of both will best serve your current circumstances.

·         Understand the Framework: Outline practical details including confidentiality, boundaries, frequency of sessions, and how we will track your progress.

·         Assess the Fit: Give you uninterrupted space to experience my working style, ask any questions, and decide if you feel comfortable and understood.

There is no pressure or expectation to commit immediately; the primary purpose is to ensure you feel secure, heard, and confident in taking the next step on your journey.

Take the First Step

Finding the right support should feel reassuring and straightforward.

If you are ready to move from feeling overwhelmed to having clarity and direction, get in touch today to arrange an initial introductory consultation. We can discuss what you are facing and explore how we can work together.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

I am especially passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner strengths, navigate personal challenges, and move toward the version of themselves they most want to be.

I support clients through significant life transitions, whether you're healing from a past relationship, beginning a new one, strengthening the one you're in, or learning to find joy in your own company. If you're stepping into the workforce, changing careers, or searching for a path that feels more aligned and fulfilling, I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate the journey.

The journey begins by reconnecting with your authentic self. True transformation starts from within, and you don’t have to do it alone.
