About me
Integrative Life Transitions Counsellor & Coach
Psychological Depth Meets Strategic Results
I am a Dual Practitioner—a Therapeutic Counsellor and Life Coach—offering a integrative approach grounded in both deep psychological insight and the practical momentum of coaching. I specialise in working with individuals ready to create meaningful change: those who want to process their past while simultaneously and actively architecting their future.
If you are feeling "stuck" in your personal or professional life, facing a major transition, or seeking a deeper sense of alignment, I support those ready to break free from stagnation and step into their full potential. My unique background—combining a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (BACP Approved) with a Life Coaching Diploma and an MBA in Business Administration—allows me to bridge emotional insight with high-performance, goal-oriented strategies.
The Dual-Modality Advantage
By blending clinical training with professional coaching, I support clients through significant life transitions using a tailored, dual-track framework:
Career & Strategic Alignment: Managing career changes, returning to the workforce, recovering from burnout, and developing the executive functioning required for a fulfilling, aligned path.
Relationship Transitions: Healing from past wounds, navigating divorce or separation, strengthening current partnerships, or finding fulfillment in personal independence.
Purpose & Performance: Overcoming stagnation, addressing a lack of motivation, and seeking a deeper sense of self and personal enlightenment through practical mindset development.
Resilience & Growth: Deepening self-awareness while building the "clinical resilience" needed to navigate high-pressure personal and professional environments.
Comprehensive Areas of Expertise
My practice provides holistic support for a wide and complex range of psychological, emotional, and situational challenges:
Emotional & Mental Health
Anxiety & Stress Management: Generalised, Social, Health, and Work-related stress, including panic attacks.
Self-Concept: Addressing depression, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, and loneliness.
Relational Patterns: Attachment issues, abandonment, jealousy, and intimacy concerns.
Complex Challenges: Behavioral patterns, dissociation, and specific personality-based difficulties.
Trauma & Recovery
Clinical Trauma: Specialized support for PTSD, trauma-informed recovery, and abuse (domestic, emotional, and sexual).
Conflict Resolution: Managing affairs, betrayals, bullying, and anger management.
Life Stages & Identity
Parenthood & Family: Infertility, pregnancy and birth, postnatal depression, baby loss, and blended family dynamics.
Health & Diversity: Menopause, cancer recovery, disabilities, and neurodiversity (ADHD) coaching.
Identity: Support regarding discrimination, spirituality, and finding purpose.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
