About me
Please note: You can view my current availability in the 'Photos & Videos' section below.
Hi, I’m Eden. If you’ve come across my profile, it’s likely you’re struggling in some way. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, loss or something else, we all encounter struggles and uncertainties in life. I am here to offer a helping hand while you navigate these.
A session with me will provide a safe, welcoming, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which we gradually explore what’s bothering you together, at your pace. With these conditions in place, I am confident we can build a trusting, supported bond.
My approach views the client as an active agent in their own development - you are the expert on yourself, after all - so I will not try to lead or steer you in a particular direction. Rather, I will ask for your help and direction while we collaborate to figure out the next steps which are right for you.
I know things are tough right now, which might make you feel alone and like no-one will understand. Reaching out for help is scary, but we can start with as little as a phone call and go at your pace until you feel comfortable. I look forward to meeting you.
Training, qualifications & experience
Throughout my training and experience in the field, I have encountered a diverse range of clients, all with their individual story to tell; equipping me with the knowledge of a wide variety of issues clients might present.
I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP). This means that my practice is regulated and ethical so you can feel comfortable in the knowledge you're working with a trained professional.
I offer an accessible, inclusive space in which people with neurodiversity, disabilities or those from the LGBTQIA+ community can feel accepted and seen.
Gestalt, Relational and Behavioural Psychology influence my practice as I observe how clients interact with the world around them. We are a product of both our environment and our unique personal experience within it.
My approach to couples work tends to be more directive. I may prompt a different perspective to break ingrained patterns and shake up stuck, habitual behaviour. I ask for collaboration from all parties to reach a new way forward that works for everyone.
Some recent CPD I have completed:
- Domestic Abuse
- Sex Work and Supporting a Sex Working Client
- Increasing Effectiveness as a Couples Therapist
- Attachment Theory: Working with the Anxiously Attached
- Trauma-Informed Practice
- The Link Between ADHD, Addiction, Autoimmune Diseases & Trauma

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
