About me
I am a clinical psychologist with more then 15 years of experience. I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as parental counselling. I am also available for clinical supervision for psychologists and psychotherapists. My consulting rooms are centrally based close to the Parliament Hill side of Hampstead Heath. My clinic appointments include after hours appointments so professionals are able to attend after work.
Seeking Therapy
Working with a psychologist can provide a safe space to process hard experiences or painful emotions. My approach to therapy is dynamic and evolves collaboratively to meet the needs of each individual that I work with.
Short-term courses of therapy range from 6 to 12 sessions. The first few sessions are used for an assessment and to slowly get to know more about the individual presenting for therapy. A formulation will be presented to all people after the assessment with treatment recommendations.
I have studied and worked clinically with the following modalities of therapy: Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Mentalisation Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I also have specialist training in the treatment of acute and historical symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
