About me

I specialise in providing tailored therapeutic support to adults, children and  adolescents.  I see clients face-to-face in a therapy room, or online. I also offer walk and talk therapy in nature.

I have experience of supporting both neurotypical and neurodiverse people experiencing:

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Grief and loss
  • Trauma
  • Phobias
  • Low self-esteem
  • Relationship and family challenges
  • Somatic bodily symptoms

There are three types of sessions you can book:

  • Walking therapy in nature (in North Herts)
  • Face-to-face therapy (Baldock/Rushden)
  • Online or phone therapy

How does it work?

  1. Book a free initial consultation to see whether I am the right person for you.
  2. Decide what kind of therapy you would like.
  3. Book a block of sessions to see whether we work well together.
  4. After 6 sessions, either decide to leave, or continue on a week-by-week basis.

What will we do in our initial consultation?

  • We’ll explore what brought you to therapy.
  • We'll talk a bit about your background.
  • We'll cover any questions or concerns you might have.
  • Together, we’ll decide how you’d like to be supported.

What to expect:

Starting therapy can feel daunting and uncomfortable at times - growth often does. We’ll take the time to explore what you’re facing and create a plan that feels realistic and empowering.

Diversity and inclusion:

My practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive, inclusive approach. I am committed to accepting clients of all races, abilities, genders, sexualities, and those from marginalised communities. By integrating embodied therapy techniques, I empower clients to reconnect with themselves and find healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
