About me
Hi,
My name is Debbie, thank you for looking at my profile and congratulations on beginning or continuing on your counselling journey. Finding a counsellor can be daunting and opening up to someone you don't know can feel nerve wracking. My goal is to create a safe virtual space for you to feel comfortable and able to open up and go at your own pace. I feel it is crucial to have a space to feel accepted as your most authentic self and begin, or continue, your journey of self discovery. I use a variety of counselling skills to tailor sessions to you and your goals, whether you are looking to develop coping strategies, explore your feelings, or just wanting to talk through what is going on for you.
