About me
Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or not quite yourself? You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. Whether you need somewhere to talk or are ready for deeper change, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you.
Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves or shaped by experiences that have made it hard to fully be who they are. Therapy can be a space to gently explore your story, process what you’ve been through, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been hidden or pushed aside.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorders, self-harm, anger, panic attacks, and family difficulties, including boundaries. I also work with neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), and support clients navigating racism, sexual abuse, trauma, and LGBTQ+ related experiences. I welcome complexity and will always work with care, respect, and your individual boundaries.
Trained in the Integrative and Transpersonal approach at Re-Vision, I tailor therapy to you as an individual. Alongside talking, I may incorporate creative approaches such as visualisation, drawing, play, family constellations, and myth and imagery to support deeper exploration.
My aim is to help you reconnect with your inner resources and move towards a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and true to you.
Training, qualifications & experience
Embarking on a journey of self-discovery involves shedding layers of hidden rules, ancestral patterns, and past traumas to uncover the “buried gold” within—those aspects of your true self that may have been suppressed in the pursuit of belonging or to avoid rejection. My personal journey has deepened my understanding of reconnecting with lost cultural roots, healing from past relationships, and embracing ancestral connections. It is through this lived experience that I offer support on your own path of self-discovery.
With a qualification in Transpersonal Integrative Therapy from Re-Vision, I bring a thoughtful and empathetic approach to my practice. I tailor my methods to meet your individual needs, drawing on a range of techniques that allow for a deeper exploration of your unique story. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can express yourself freely and at your own pace.
Recognizing that talk therapy may not always be sufficient, I incorporate creative methods such as visualisations, drawing materials, play dough, family constellation stones, and mythical fairy tale stories to facilitate exploration and self-expression. Combined with my training, these tools enhance the depth and breadth of our work together.
I take a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, heart, and soul, supporting you in your transformative journey toward reclaiming your authentic self. Let’s begin this journey together.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
