I am Dawn, an accredited therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate challenges and overcome obstacles that impede their progress. Driven by a passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind, I utilise a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. I firmly believe that self-awareness is the foundation for personal growth. I draw upo evidenced-based models , including Cognetive analitic Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and relational depth work, to tailor therapy to your individual needs. My approach is collaborative and respects your pace. When working with couples & relationships, I I utilise models specifically proven to help couples who are struggling.
