About me

Are You Seeking Guidance, Clarity, and Sustainable Growth?

I help people heal, reconnect with themselves, and find a clearer sense of direction when life feels overwhelming or out of balance. I work with clients experiencing burnout, identity shifts, difficult or toxic relationships, and the unsettling feeling of being “in between” versions of themselves.

Do you feel stuck? I am an integrative counsellor and development practitioner specialising in emotional regulation, identity coherence, and sustainable professional growth. My work blends pluralistic counselling, somatic regulation, and solution-focused approaches to help you reconnect with yourself, navigate complexity, and build a grounded sense of direction.

Many of the people I support are entrepreneurs, community leaders, and public figures who feel stretched, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, but anyone is welcome. You may be navigating stress, burnout, identity confusion, or the impact of difficult decisions.

Here’s a polished, Counselling Directory–ready paragraph that captures the tone, clarity, and grounded professionalism your profile is known for:

I offer a full ninety‑day support system while you recover, rebuild, and find your footing again. This structured programme combines weekly 50‑minute sessions with steady, compassionate guidance between appointments, helping you regulate your nervous system, understand what’s been depleting you, and develop the habits and boundaries that support long‑term change.

. Do the following points resonate with you?

1.     Weekends no longer reset you

2.     Sunday evenings feel heavier than they used to

3.     Small interruptions feel disproportionately frustrating

4.     You’re home physically, but mentally still at work

5.     Simple decisions now feel heavy

6.     You’ve stopped doing things you used to enjoy

7.     Your patience is noticeably shorter

8.     You’re constantly tired but can’t sleep properly

9.     You feel guilty for resting and restless when you do

10.  Work gets done, but nothing feels satisfying

11.  You say “I’m fine” when you’re not

12.  You ask yourself how you can ever reset your balance in life

My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I work with you to understand your internal architecture, patterns, values, nervous system, and strengths so we can build a growth pathway that fits you.

How I Work

My practice is grounded in the Growth Model, a framework I developed that supports people in developing clarity, coherence, and a sustainable direction. It focuses on four core areas:

Identity – understanding who you are beneath roles, expectations, and pressure
Regulation – building emotional and somatic stability so you can respond rather than react
Direction – clarifying values, boundaries, and the life you want to build
Output – creating sustainable patterns of behaviour, work, and relationships

This model is particularly effective for people who feel overwhelmed, undervalued, or disconnected from their real selves. It helps you move from survival mode into intentional, grounded growth.

Who I Support

I work with adults who are navigating:

Workplace stress, burnout, or toxic leadership
Identity confusion or feeling “not yourself”
Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or chronic pressure.
Difficult transitions in career or personal life
Boundary-setting challenges
Loss of confidence or direction
The impact of high‑demand roles or perfectionism
A desire for deeper authenticity.

Anxiety and the sense of not being good enough can quietly erode someone’s confidence, narrowing their capacity to think clearly, contribute fully and take up space in the roles they’re already qualified for. When the nervous system is running in a heightened state, even routine tasks can feel high‑stakes, feedback can land as a threat rather than as support, and visibility can trigger self‑doubt rather than recognition. Over time, this can lead to overworking, holding back ideas, avoiding opportunities, or constantly second‑guessing decisions, all of which reduce effectiveness and reinforce the internal belief that one is not measuring up. The impact isn’t about capability; it’s about the emotional and physiological load people carry while trying to perform under pressure.

My Approach

My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on the therapeutic wisdom, somatic awareness, and compassionate inquiry to create a steady, reflective space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. I weave neuroscience, embodiment, and creative therapeutic processes to support big, sustainable change. My practice is for people who want to live more honestly and are ready to gently shape a life that feels like their own.

I integrate several evidence‑informed approaches, including:

Somatic regulation to support nervous system balance
Person‑centred counselling for relational depth and safety.
CBT for behaviour change and values‑based action
Solution‑focused practice to create momentum and clarity.

Sessions are collaborative, structured when helpful, and always grounded in psychological safety. I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that pressure, expectations, or survival mode have pushed aside.

empowering

Together, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface, not to pathologise, but to understand. Growth happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore, and equipped enough to take meaningful steps forward.

Is This Right for You?

If you are a professional who feels disconnected from your real self, overwhelmed by expectations, or unsure how to move forward, this approach may be a strong fit. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit. Many clients come because they want to grow, refine their identity, or build a healthier relationship with work, leadership, or themselves.

.Next Steps

If this resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out. We can explore what you’re experiencing, what you need, and whether this approach feels right for you. You deserve a space where your wellbeing, identity, and growth are taken seriously and where you can rebuild a sense of direction that feels genuinely yours.

Success is a byproduct of helping and supporting others.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
