About me
Many of my clients are neurodivergent and/or from the LGBTQIA+ communities, and often come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Recognising that you need help is a strength rather than a weakness.
You may be struggling with low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, trauma responses, or coping behaviours that no longer help you. Sometimes there is no clear label, just a sense that something needs attention. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering confidential psychotherapy and counselling to adults. I work online, by telephone, via email, and through Walk and Talk sessions in Tonbridge, Kent.
I have particular experience, specialist training, and lived-experience in working with neurodivergent adults (including Autism and ADHD) and LGBTQIA+ clients. My practice is neurodivergence-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I also work with adults experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction and compulsive behaviours.
I work integratively, meaning I draw on different therapeutic approaches and adapt the work to you rather than asking you to fit a single model. Central to my work is the therapeutic relationship, a space that is safe, respectful, and collaborative, where we can explore what is happening for you at a pace that feels manageable.
Maybe you’re ready to talk now? I offer a free 20-minute online or telephone consultation so you can ask questions and explore whether working together feels right.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
My core training is in integrative psychotherapy, with a strong foundation in:

I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS #842209) and undertake ongoing specialist training in neurodivergence-informed psychotherapy. I practise in a neurodivergence-affirming, non-pathologising way and am neurodivergent myself.

Alongside professional training, I bring lived-experience to my work in areas including neurodivergence, addiction and compulsive behaviours, and LGBTQIA+ identity. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing continuing professional development (CPD) to ensure my work remains ethical, reflective, and evidence-informed.
There is a comprehensive list of my ongoing training and CPD on my website.
