About me

I guess if you are on this website, you or someone you care for may be experiencing difficult feelings, perhaps you feel anxious, isolated, feelings of panic, loss or depression. I am warm, kind and easy to talk to. Please feel free to contact me for a no-obligation chat.

I am an integrative counsellor working with individuals of all ages. My approach drawing upon Psychodynamic and Person-centred models, with reference to attachment and developmental theory. I appreciate we are all unique and therefore tailor my approach to the individual need. I offer children and young people play and creative therapy.

Choosing a Counsellor can be daunting and I know how important it is for the relationship to feel right. I provide a safe space where you can feel truly heard and fundamentally accepted, so you can share your story. Together we can make sense of your struggles together in an empathetic, non-judgemental atmosphere.

I am a fully trained counsellor and psychotherapist, registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I welcome individuals of any age, race and cultural background.

I welcome calls of interest, this initial call is free with no obligation. If you wish to go ahead, we schedule an initial assessment. Therapy usually takes place on the same day and time each week. Sessions are 50 minutes long, can be time-limited or open-ended.

I look forward to meeting you          Call now 07904801720

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
