About me
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, accredited by the BABCP, and currently finalizing my advanced clinical training as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with the Association for Group and Individual Psychotherapy (AGIP), a UKCP-accredited organisation.
I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presentations. This includes trauma, neurodiversity's such as ADHD, autism, and sensory processing differences, as well as various psychological difficulties across NHS and IAPT services. I have worked with a range of ages and diverse backgrounds with my work focus often being related to trauma and self-identity.

I adapt my therapeutic style to suit each individual client, with the aim of providing high-quality therapy that reflects your unique needs. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where we can build a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
