About me
You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-doubt, or deeper questions of self, I’m glad you’re here. Therapy gives you a dedicated space to talk openly without judgement: unlike advice from friends or family, it offers a fresh, unbiased perspective that serves you as an individual. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening, gain understanding and clarity, and take supported steps towards whichever direction is right for you.
I will meet you where you are, no matter how complex or deeply challenging your circumstances may be. My strength lies in seeing what others might miss: by looking beneath the surface, I seek to reveal the patterns that shape our lives, guiding clients toward breakthroughs that many believe are out of reach. We are all storytellers, it is my job to explore your narrative, and this reality grounds my approach to therapy.
My approach is collaborative and I work relationally, meaning the connection between us is central. By creating a space where you can be honest, and between us build a supportive and genuine relationship, you can gain the awareness to experiment with new ways of connecting, and better understand yourself. In our sessions, I offer insight, not answers, to help you see more clearly, drawing on a range of therapeutic practices to suit your individual needs. Through reflection, we uncover parts of yourself that may be hidden or stuck, facilitating reconnection and conscious change.
I offer online counselling nationwide to adults (18+)
At the heart of my work is the belief that how you relate to yourself, others and the world shapes everything you create. I walk alongside clients with clarity and purpose, creating a space where transformation is not only possible, but lasting.
