About me
Life is a spectrum of struggles and challenges. Sometimes we are able to manage, then there are those overwhelming times where we may need support and guidance. I am an Integrative Counsellor supporting adults and young people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, burn-out and relationship conflict. My approach is compassionate and rooted in creating a safe space to support you finding meaning and acceptance. .
I specialise in how early attachments shape how we connect with others and how we navigate emotional experiences in adulthood. I draw from psychodynamic, attachment, inner child and parts work. My approach is collaborative, ensuring that the support will be tailored to your needs. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you—with curiosity, kindness, and care.
I offer Face-to-face sessions in my therapy room at home. I also offer online sessions throughout the UK.

My approach
I approach therapy from a place of warmth and compassion. My practice involves a blend of Parts work, humanistic, psychodynamic and attachment approaches, incorporating breathing and grounding techniques to build more awareness of the connection between mind and body. To support talking therapy I may also approach sessions creatively, working with art, music, sand trays, clay and other creative resources. Although this is very much led by you and what suits you best. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship and it's process which I believe is essential for positive change and growth.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am also a qualified Youth and therapeutic parenting practitioner and am currently studying a Level 6 in Attachment, Inner Child and Parts Work.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a free 20 minute consultation before any counselling would commence. This can be by phone, online or in-person. You then have an opportunity to ask me any questions, I can explain in more detail how I work and you can decide if I am the right fit for you as a therapist

I work from a private room in my home which offers a confidential and safe space. The room is easily accessible and is on the ground floor. I also offer online sessions and am suitably trained and experienced in online therapy
