About me
Life can feel overwhelming under the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, and the constant pressure to perform or please others. If you are struggling with low self-esteem, low confidence, emotional burnout or a lingering sense of not being “enough,” you’re not alone and support is available.
I offer integrative counselling to help you work through the root causes of emotional pain, including unresolved trauma, people-pleasing patterns, perfectionism, and identity loss. Together, we will gently explore your story, quiet the inner critic, and begin rebuilding self-trust and confidence.
My approach combines existential counselling, somatic therapy, and narrative techniques to support your mind-body connection and help you live with greater clarity and authenticity. Sessions are designed to meet you where you are - whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery or emotional exhaustion.
Healing starts by setting healthy boundaries, embracing self-compassion, and learning to slow down and listen inward. With 1:1 therapy sessions, and personalised tools between sessions, you will feel more supported as you reconnect with your inner strength.
Whether you’re seeking therapy from across the UK, I am here to help you create a life rooted in meaning, balance, and self-worth. Your journey toward healing and emotional wellbeing begins here.
Training, qualifications & experience
With over a decade of diverse education and professional experience, I bring a warm, compassionate, and integrative approach to counselling. My Master’s in Counselling Psychology focused on mindfulness, executive function, and the healing potential of somatic body awareness for trauma treatment.
My extensive training includes existential analysis, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices, with certifications in Trauma Recovery, Family Constellations Therapy, and Somatics. I integrate these approaches with spiritually integrative practices, helping clients uncover meaning, purpose, and connection.
Rooted in practical support, boundaried self-care and trauma-sensitive techniques, my practice offers a holistic space for healing and self-discovery. Whether navigating transitions, healing from trauma, or deepening self-awareness, I’ll support you in exploring identity, cultivating self-compassion, and rediscovering inner strength, empowering you to live with clarity and purpose.
