I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. I strive to create a safe confidential space where you feel seen and heard, without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are no longer serving you and work toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you. You are the expert on your own life; I’m just here to help you navigate the map.
My practice is influenced by existential, psychoanalytic and philosophical thinking.
How therapy can help
Our greatest freedom is the ability to choose our own way. It takes great courage to make the choice to start therapy and I am here to walk that path with you, so that whatever weight you are carrying, you don't have to carry it all alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply disconnected from yourself, I’m here to tell you that another way is possible
How I work
I believe that the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. I strive to create a safe, confidential space where you feel seen and heard, without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that are no longer serving you and work toward a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you. You are the expert on your own life; I’m just here to help you navigate the map.
In our sessions, we won’t just talk about how to get through the week; we’ll talk about how to inhabit your life fully. We will work to move you from a place of 'existing' to a place of 'living' - owning your story and finding meaning even in the face of the unknown.
Our first session
Simply email me and we can arrange a short 15 minute call to talk through any queries you might have.
We can then arrange a time to meet for an initial no obligation session. We can get to know each other and work through what your hopes are for therapy. We will set a time to meet weekly, either online or in person.
I offer online or in person therapy sessions on a weekly basis.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
