About me

I specialise in supporting neurodivergent people, such as those with ADHD and autism. I also have particular experience working with clients who have experienced trauma. I seek to offer a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with care and curiosity, allowing what needs attention to emerge. Alongside this, I support clients with a wide range of challenges - from anxiety, depression, and shame to low self-esteem, loss of purpose, and relationship difficulties. My approach is relational, collaborative, creative and supportive.

My Practice
I work with adults in both short-term therapy (minimum 12 sessions) and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming ; I aim to validate your experience and not pathologise difference.. I offer in-person sessions in Crystal Palace as well as online sessions.

Alongside private practice, I see clients at 1 in 4, a clinic focused on trauma. My approach is grounded in Gestalt therapy and draws from humanistic, existential, somatic, and trauma-informed perspectives.

Next Step
If you resonate with my profile, you’re welcome to schedule a free 30-minute Zoom call by e-mail. This is an informal chance to meet, talk through what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have and see whether it feels right for us to work together.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Clinical Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Metanoia Institute, one of the UK’s leading psychotherapy training institutes. I am an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). My practice is informed by experience in both private settings and charitable organisations, supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
