About me
“I will not rescue you, for you are not powerless. I will not fix you, for you are not broken. I will not heal you, for I see you in your wholeness. I will walk with you through the darkness as you remember your light.” – Sheree Bliss Tilsley
Hello, and a Warm Welcome!
I am an experienced Integrative and Trauma informed Psychotherapist from London, UK, holding additional qualifications in Yoga, Women’s Health and Somatic practices. My approach is holistic and intuitive, integrating diverse psychological approaches and healing modalities to best suit your individual needs. Whilst connection, love and life events open us up to pain and heartache, they are also our greatest teacher and source of transformative growth and healing.
It is rare that we find a space in our lives where we can explore what troubles us the most, whilst tending to our emotional wounds with the expertise and support of another. Complex emotions such as shame, guilt, hopelessness and fear often keep us silent in our struggles. My hope is that compassionate, collaborative and safe relationship offered in therapy will allow you to meet yourself deeply, gain deeper personal understanding and cultivate a loving relationship with oneself and your life’s journey.
You may feel unable to cope with present anxieties and challenges, are struggling with low mood, or have found yourself facing difficult life changing circumstances. It may be that you want to understand how your early life, traumas or relationships impact you, or that you need a safe space to voice your thoughts and explore your emotions.
How I Work?
I have specialist training in trauma, therefore recognise that present anxieties, core beliefs and unhealthy patterns may have roots in deeply painful, life changing and traumatic experiences. This tailors my approach to gently work with the multi-layered impact of trauma and invite the body into our work as a guide in the healing process. In doing so, I hope this will help you process unresolved emotional wounds and find psychological relief, whilst also restoring balance in your body and nervous system. I hold additional trainings in somatic psychotherapy practices and emotional release work, helping clients to befriend and release repressed and blocked emotions. I am also deeply passionate about women’s wellness and embodiment, supporting women to connect more deeply to their bodies and womb space, as well as live in alignment with their menstrual cycle and natural rhythms to achieve improved mental health and wellbeing.

What's Next?
I offer a free 15 minute consultation where you can ask me any questions you may have. Following this, you have the option of arranging a session for us to gently explore what is troubling you, what you are hoping to achieve and how we might work together with no obligation to commit following this.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional Services:
Womens Wellness Coaching
I am deeply passionate about women’s wellness and embodiment, supporting women to connect more deeply to their bodies and womb space, as well as live in alignment with their menstrual cycle and natural rhythms to achieve improved mental health and wellbeing. Coaching topics include Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Cycle Syncing, Reproductive Health, Infertility, Intimacy and Life Transitions
Reiki Healing
In addition to my counselling practice, I offer Reiki Healing. Reiki is a form of energy healing based on the belief that we have unseen life force energy which flows through us all, which can be stimulated to restore balance and health on all levels. Reiki clears and unblocks stagnant energies from our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. Overtime, we block the flow of energy with our experiences, traumas, limiting beliefs and feelings such as fear, shame, guilt, anxiety and distrust.
Reiki is a safe and gentle hands on (or off) healing technique, which involves the practitioner using a series of hand positions and symbols on different parts of the body whilst you are fully clothed. The body enters a deep meditative state, whilst Reiki channels energy to start restorative healing, soothing and relaxation.
