About me
"Our pain longs to be witnessed. Healing begins when we feel truly seen and all parts of us are met with compassion, not judgment. This creates the space for transformation, self-discovery, and deeper healing. As you walk this path, I am here to walk beside you."
I am a Somatic Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist with additional training in Emotional Release, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, and Women’s Mental Health & Wellness. My work is rooted in a holistic and intuitive approach that draws on a range of psychological approaches and healing practices, tailored to meet your unique needs.
It’s rare to find spaces in our lives where we can truly explore what troubles us the most, while being gently supported in tending to emotional wounds. Often, emotions like shame, guilt, or fear keep us silent in our struggles. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low in mood, or navigating a significant life transition. Perhaps you're seeking to better understand the impact of early experiences, traumatic events, or relationships on your present life. Or maybe you simply need a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself and explore your inner world.
Whatever brings you here, my hope is that the compassionate and secure space offered through therapy allows you to meet yourself more deeply - gaining meaningful insights, emotional tools, and embodied resilience to navigate life’s challenges.
How I Work?
I have specialist training in trauma, therefore recognize that present anxieties, core beliefs and unhealthy patterns may have roots in deeply painful, life changing and traumatic attachments and experiences. I tailor my approach to gently work with the multi-layered impact of trauma and invite the body into our work as a guide in the healing process. In doing so, I hope this will help you process unresolved emotional wounds and find psychological relief, whilst also restoring balance in your body and nervous system. I hold additional trainings in somatic psychotherapy practices and emotional release work, helping clients to befriend and release repressed and blocked emotions. I am also deeply passionate about women’s wellness and embodiment, supporting women to connect more deeply to their bodies and womb space, as well as live in alignment with their menstrual cycle and natural rhythms to achieve improved mental health and wellbeing.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Reiki Healing
In addition to my counselling practice, I offer Reiki Healing. Reiki is a form of energy healing based on the belief that we have unseen life force energy which flows through us all, which can be stimulated to restore balance and health on all levels. Reiki clears and unblocks stagnant energies from our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. Overtime, we block the flow of energy with our experiences, traumas, limiting beliefs and feelings such as fear, shame, guilt, anxiety and distrust.
Reiki is a safe and gentle hands on (or off) healing technique, which involves the practitioner using a series of hand positions and symbols on different parts of the body whilst you are fully clothed. The body enters a deep meditative state, whilst Reiki channels energy to start restorative healing, soothing and relaxation.
