About us
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck? You don’t have to face it alone!
Do you lie awake at night, exhausted but unable to switch off your thoughts?
Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, low, or disconnected from yourself?
Perhaps you’re dealing with strained relationships, low self- confidence, work stress, trauma, family pressure, chronic illness, or a life transition that feels harder than expected.
Are you someone who appears to be coping on the outside while struggling quietly inside?
You don’t have to carry everything alone.
About Me
Hello, I’m Aurora, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting adults and young people through difficult life experiences. I also have more than five years’ experience working therapeutically with individuals affected by complex trauma, general anxiety disorder (GAD) and emotional overwhelm.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together we can begin to understand what you’re experiencing and work towards creating the life you want to live.
How I Work
My approach is holistic and solution-focused, integrating CBT, person-centred therapy, positive psychology and wellbeing coaching.
This means we gently explore what may be happening beneath the surface, while also developing practical tools and strategies to help you move forward. Our work together may focus on building emotional resilience and greater self-understanding, resulting in lasting change.
Sessions
I offer in-person counselling in both Henley-in-Arden and Stratford-upon-Avon area's, as well as online and phone sessions. Prefer to talk from the comfort of your own home? Remote counselling allows you to access support from wherever you feel most at ease safe, flexible, and convenient.
As well as traditional counselling sessions in person, online, or by phone, I also offer walk and talk therapy.
Walk and Talk Therapy
For some people, talking while walking outdoors can feel more natural and less intense than sitting face-to-face in a therapy room. Sessions take place in a calm outdoor environment where movement and fresh air can help ease anxiety and support clearer thinking.
Walk & talk sessions can be particularly helpful for those who feel stuck in their thoughts or prefer a more relaxed therapeutic setting.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
