About me
Hi I'm Ash, I offer integrative counselling that is shaped around you, recognising that everyone’s experiences, needs, and pace are different. My aim as a counsellor is to create a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself, heard, and understood.
Working together, we can gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, helping you build greater self-awareness and understanding. We may also look at patterns, roles, and beliefs formed earlier in life that can continue to influence how you see yourself or relate to others.
I can offer creative approaches such as art, projection cards, or sandtray, which can allow emotions and experiences to be explored in gentle ways that don’t rely solely on words. I also carry an interest in how games can be therapeutic.
My areas of focus are autism, ADHD and AuDHD, abuse, burnout, anxiety, and inner child healing. This is a combination of training, lived experience and personal connection which allows me to work with understanding and empathy of the challenges and psychological impact they may carry.
I am also able to support with experiences of grief, questions around identity, relationship difficulties, chronic health conditions such as fibromyalgia and M.E, loss, stress, overwhelm and depression.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
